Estar\u00e1 a cargo de la Comisi\u00f3n Asesora de la reforma del CPCC, de COLPROBA, y se llevar\u00e1 adelante el venidero 11 de enero, dirigida a abogados y organizada por el Colegio de Abogados del Departamento Judicial de Mercedes &#8211; Instituto de Derecho.<\/p>\n<p>Entre los cambios procesales para un mejor desempe\u00f1o de la justicia se piensa en un nuevo C\u00f3digo Procesal Civil y Comercial de la Naci\u00f3n que:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Instale la oralidad efectiva en los procesos de conocimiento;<\/li>\n<li>Simplifique estructuras procesales, distinguiendo las que requieren inmediaci\u00f3n de las que admiten procesos escriturarios;<\/li>\n<li>Aborde la problem\u00e1tica de la oficina judicial como soporte de la actividad jurisdiccional;<\/li>\n<li>Instale el uso de modernas tecnolog\u00edas en la justicia.<\/li>\n<li>Procure la conclusi\u00f3n del proceso en el menor tiempo posible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El 11 de febrero la actividad se llevar\u00e1 adelante desde las 13.30 horas en el Sal\u00f3n de Actos \u00abDr. Arturo Acu\u00f1a Anzorena\u00bb, de calle 24 n\u00famero 705, 1\u00b0 piso, Mercedes.
