Por su parte Marta Poltronieri obtuvo el segundo puesto. La fiesta tuvo una gran cantidad de p\u00fablico a pesar de la lluvia, tal como muestran distintas im\u00e1genes distribuidas en las redes sociales.<\/p>\n<p>El ministro Eduardo de Pedro y el intendente Juan Ustarroz entregaron el galard\u00f3n. \u201cQueremos a trav\u00e9s de ella felicitar a cada tortera, a cada familia que est\u00e1 detr\u00e1s de este compromiso, de esta tradici\u00f3n que crece a\u00f1o a a\u00f1o\u201d mencion\u00f3 el intendente Ustarroz y remarc\u00f3 que \u201cesta fiesta hermosa, tiene cultura, tradici\u00f3n, identidad, genera trabajo y alegr\u00eda, gracias a todas y todos los que la hacen posible.<\/p>\n<p>El primer premio otorgado a la mejor Torta Frita de esta edici\u00f3n n\u00famero 23, con 489 puntos, fue para Alejandra Duberti. \u201cQuiero agradecer a todo el equipo, a los que me acompa\u00f1aron y a toda mi familia\u201d, dijo. Y el segundo puesto, con 486 puntos, fue para Marta Poltronieri quien se mostr\u00f3 sumamente emocionada.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n se reconoci\u00f3 al mejor stand y F\u00e1tima y Amanda Costa entregaron a distintas personas vinculadas a la celebraci\u00f3n diversos reconocimientos. Hubo tambi\u00e9n menciones espaciales y recuerdos afectivos a Fernando Luna, Tati Meda y a quienes iniciaron sin otra motivaci\u00f3n que la identidad y el arraigo esta hermosa fiesta que ahora se convirti\u00f3 en nacional.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFue muy re\u00f1ida la competencia\u201d narraron quienes tuvieron la dif\u00edcil tarea de elegir la mejor torta que tiene que poseer caracter\u00edsticas vinculadas al bollo, consistencia, sal, fritura, tipo de masa, entre otros, que evalu\u00f3 el jurado compuesto por F\u00e1tima Costa, Amanda Costa, Miguel y Ester Cordone y Graciela Colicigno.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-112954\" src=\"https:\/\/noticiasmercedinas.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/SJA_3731.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"427\" srcset=\"https:\/\/noticiasmercedinas.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/SJA_3731.jpg 640w, https:\/\/noticiasmercedinas.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/SJA_3731-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u25a0 Marta Poltronieri obtuvo el segundo puesto.
