Su proyecto titulado \u00abOjal\u00e1 se derrumben las puertas\u00bb ha sido elegido entre 65 postulaciones, y se espera que demande una inversi\u00f3n de $93,537 d\u00f3lares.<\/p>\n<p>Con la curadur\u00eda de <strong>Sof\u00eda Dourron<\/strong>, esta selecci\u00f3n es un reconocimiento m\u00e1s para Lamothe, quien ya es ampliamente respetada por sus m\u00e9ritos, trayectoria internacional y visi\u00f3n contempor\u00e1nea del arte. <strong>Paula V\u00e1zquez<\/strong>, directora de Asuntos Culturales de la Canciller\u00eda (DiCul), anunci\u00f3 la noticia, destacando la importancia de la representaci\u00f3n argentina en este evento art\u00edstico de renombre mundial.<\/p>\n<p>La Bienal de Arte de Venecia, que se llevar\u00e1 a cabo desde el 17 de abril hasta noviembre de 2024, atraer\u00e1 a artistas, curadores, galeristas, directores de museos, cr\u00edticos y p\u00fablico en general. Luciana Lamothe, conocida por su enfoque en materiales y estructuras que desaf\u00edan la estabilidad y reflejan la vulnerabilidad, se siente preparada para el desaf\u00edo que representa este evento.<\/p>\n<p>En una breve entrevista con <em>Noticias Mercedinas<\/em>, Luciana comparti\u00f3 su entusiasmo: \u00abMe pone muy contenta porque es un desaf\u00edo enorme. Trabaj\u00e9 mucho para el proyecto que present\u00e9 y me entusiasma hacerlo, siento que estoy preparada para afrontarlo\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando se le pregunt\u00f3 sobre el mensaje que puede transmitirse a trav\u00e9s del arte en un mundo marcado por conflictos y cambio clim\u00e1tico, Lamothe destac\u00f3 el poder simb\u00f3lico del arte: \u00abEl arte tiene mucho poder simb\u00f3lico. Ah\u00ed es donde da la batalla. Por eso es un elemento muy importante. Ese componente simb\u00f3lico genera c\u00f3digos en cada \u00e9poca que ayudan a entender d\u00f3nde estamos y hacia d\u00f3nde queremos ir\u00bb.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u00abEl arte es un camino en el que siempre se descubren cosas nuevas, pero hay que estar permeable tambi\u00e9n para que eso pase\u00bb<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Los trabajos de Luciana Lamothe se pueden apreciar actualmente en el Museo de Arte Moderno y en la Casa del Bicentenario en Buenos Aires, donde participa en muestras colectivas.
