La<a href=\"https:\/\/noticiasmercedinas.com\/site\/2024\/02\/07\/cirugia-de-flap-pediatrico-extremo-rompe-paradigmas-en-el-hospital-blas-dubarry\/\"> intervenci\u00f3n quir\u00fargica<\/a>, realizada por el cirujano maxilofacial Dr. Facundo Bobbio y su equipo, ha desafiado los paradigmas convencionales y representa un avance significativo en el tratamiento de afecciones maxilofaciales en ni\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>Logan fue derivado al Hospital Blas Dubarry con una fisura labio alveolo palatina bilateral con una gran hiperproyecci\u00f3n de la pre maxila (FLAP), una condici\u00f3n que requer\u00eda tratamiento quir\u00fargico desde temprana edad. El Dr. Bobbio explic\u00f3 que la complejidad del caso de Logan desafiaba los m\u00e9todos convencionales de tratamiento debido a la falta de intervenci\u00f3n temprana.<\/p>\n<p>Ante esta situaci\u00f3n \u00fanica, el equipo m\u00e9dico opt\u00f3 por un enfoque innovador, llevando a cabo una queilorrafia (cierre de labio) y una rinoplast\u00eda primaria en una intervenci\u00f3n quir\u00fargica directa. El \u00e9xito de la operaci\u00f3n ha sido posible gracias al trabajo en equipo y la dedicaci\u00f3n de numerosos profesionales de la salud, desde instrumentadoras y enfermeras de quir\u00f3fano hasta el anestesi\u00f3logo y los ayudantes quir\u00fargicos.
