Al ser sometido a un control por la Agencia Nacional de Seguridad Vial (ANSV), se constat\u00f3 que ten\u00eda 2,08 g\/l de alcohol en sangre, superando ampliamente el l\u00edmite permitido.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, el hombre circulaba sin licencia de conducir, sin Verificaci\u00f3n T\u00e9cnica Vehicular (VTV), sin seguro obligatorio y sin cintur\u00f3n de seguridad. Seg\u00fan testigos, realizaba maniobras peligrosas y en un intento de fuga habr\u00eda puesto en riesgo a otros automovilistas, incluyendo a una familia que denunci\u00f3 el hecho.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-154182 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/noticiasmercedinas.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/portada.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"516\" height=\"639\" srcset=\"https:\/\/noticiasmercedinas.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/portada.jpg 516w, https:\/\/noticiasmercedinas.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/portada-242x300.jpg 242w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 516px) 100vw, 516px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>La Gendarmer\u00eda Nacional logr\u00f3 interceptarlo en el peaje de Olivera, donde el infractor se resisti\u00f3 a la prueba de alcoholemia y se burl\u00f3 de los agentes. Finalmente, su licencia fue presentada por un familiar una hora despu\u00e9s del control.<\/p>\n<p>Como consecuencia de las m\u00faltiples infracciones, enfrenta una multa superior a los 2 millones de pesos, el secuestro de su veh\u00edculo y la solicitud de inhabilitaci\u00f3n para conducir hasta que pase un examen psicof\u00edsico. Adem\u00e1s, se inici\u00f3 una denuncia por resistencia a la autoridad.<\/p>\n<p>Las autoridades recordaron la importancia de los controles viales para prevenir siniestros y garantizar la seguridad
