La propuesta integra meditaci\u00f3n, yoga y danza en una experiencia pensada para conectar con el cuerpo y el momento presente.<\/p>\n<p>La actividad comenzar\u00e1 con una meditaci\u00f3n guiada para centrar la mente, continuar\u00e1 con una serie de ejercicios de yoga orientados a preparar y calentar el cuerpo, y finalizar\u00e1 con una exploraci\u00f3n del movimiento a trav\u00e9s de la danza. La invitaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 abierta a personas de todas las edades y niveles de experiencia.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPadma\u201d es una iniciativa de <strong>Mar\u00eda Bel\u00e9n Montenegro<\/strong> y <strong>Flor S\u00e1nchez<\/strong>, quienes invitan a participar y compartir el evento con quienes puedan estar interesados.
