La resoluci\u00f3n fue firmada este martes 14 de mayo por los jueces N\u00e9stor Pablo Barral y Alberto Agust\u00edn Lugones.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"522\" data-end=\"1067\">Este nuevo fallo consolida la postura del Municipio de Luj\u00e1n en el litigio y representa la tercera resoluci\u00f3n consecutiva favorable en la causa.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"522\" data-end=\"1067\">Cabe destacar que el pronunciamiento de diciembre ratific\u00f3 lo dispuesto previamente por el <strong data-start=\"758\" data-end=\"806\">Juzgado Federal de Mercedes en abril de 2024<\/strong>, que hab\u00eda ordenado levantar la prohibici\u00f3n de innovar y reanudar los trabajos, bajo la supervisi\u00f3n de la Subsecretar\u00eda de Ambiente \u2014hoy a cargo de Fernando Brom\u2014 y con el acompa\u00f1amiento institucional del Ministerio de Ambiente de la provincia de Buenos Aires.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1069\" data-end=\"1288\">La justicia tambi\u00e9n reafirm\u00f3 la necesidad de que el proyecto incluya a los recuperadores informales en el sistema de gesti\u00f3n de residuos, promoviendo programas de separaci\u00f3n en origen con un enfoque de inclusi\u00f3n social.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1290\" data-end=\"1515\">De este modo, el avance de las obras en el Centro Ambiental Laudato SI recibe un nuevo aval legal, lo que permitir\u00e1 seguir
