El Departamento Judicial Mercedes<\/b> ha reforzado su equipo de asistencia legal p\u00fablica con la jura de tres nuevos Defensores Oficiales<\/b>.<\/p>\n

El acto de asunci\u00f3n se concret\u00f3 el pasado viernes 3 de octubre<\/b>, incorporando a profesionales clave que actuar\u00e1n en distintos fueros de la jurisdicci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Dos de los nombramientos se concentran en el \u00e1rea penal, fundamental para garantizar el derecho de defensa de los ciudadanos:<\/p>\n

La Dra. Mar\u00eda Irene Marchiana<\/b> jur\u00f3 para ejercer como Defensora Oficial ante el fuero Criminal y Correccional<\/b>.<\/p>\n

La Dra. Luc\u00eda Laporte<\/b> tambi\u00e9n asumi\u00f3 como Defensora Oficial ante el fuero Criminal y Correccional<\/b>.<\/p>\n

Por su parte, el fuero que atiende las problem\u00e1ticas civiles y de n\u00facleo familiar tambi\u00e9n recibi\u00f3 un nuevo funcionario: el Dr. Gast\u00f3n Eduardo Parra<\/b> prest\u00f3 juramento como Defensor Oficial ante el fuero Civil, Comercial y de Familia<\/b>.<\/p>\n

El Colegio de Magistrados y Funcionarios de Mercedes felicit\u00f3 a los nuevos integrantes de la Defensa Oficial, destacando la importancia de estos nombramientos para la operatividad y la calidad del servicio de justicia en la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
