El INTI tendr\u00e1 el honor de ser el \u00fanico instituto de Am\u00e9rica Latina en estar asociado a una de las vicepresidencias de la Asociaci\u00f3n Europea de Organismos de Investigaci\u00f3n Tecnol\u00f3gica.<\/strong><\/p>\n

La Asociaci\u00f3n EARTO pasa de 350 miembros y est\u00e1 integrada por entes de investigaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica en m\u00e1s de 20 pa\u00edses, en donde en total trabajan 150 mil personas.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

El Instituto Nacional de Tecnolog\u00eda Industrial (INTI), cuyo gerente general es <\/span>Mariano Zlatanoff<\/a><\/strong><\/span>, formar\u00e1 una red internacional de institutos que trabajan en la investigaci\u00f3n aplicada. Este nombramiento fue ratificado en la Conferencia Anual 2019 de la Asociaci\u00f3n Europea de Organismos de Investigaci\u00f3n Tecnol\u00f3gica (EARTO), que tuvo lugar en Finlandia.<\/span><\/p>\n

EARTO es una instituci\u00f3n sin fines de lucro que vela por los intereses de instituciones de investigaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica europeas, que tomaron la decisi\u00f3n de ampliar su actividad, creando una Red Internacional que integraba organismos no europeos. En ese sentido, el INTI tuvo reconocimiento por su impecable liderazgo en Latinoam\u00e9rica y se nombr\u00f3 al presidente Javier Ib\u00e1\u00f1ez, como uno de sus coordinadores principales, en la posici\u00f3n de <\/span>Vice Chair<\/span><\/i> de ese ente.<\/span><\/p>\n

El ingeniero Iba\u00f1ez indic\u00f3 en la conferencia: \u201cTeniendo en cuenta la tecnolog\u00eda y la innovaci\u00f3n como verdaderas fuerzas motrices del desarrollo, nuestro reto es contribuir a su fortalecimiento y transformar las instituciones de la regi\u00f3n en vectores para la transferencia de I + D + i a la industria, lo que permitir\u00e1 reducir las brechas de desarrollo regional\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

Iba\u00f1ez lleva adelante la coordinaci\u00f3n de la Red Internacional de Organizaciones de Investigaci\u00f3n Tecnol\u00f3gica (RIN), junto con los miembros de Canad\u00e1 por Am\u00e9rica del Norte y de Taiw\u00e1n por Asia.<\/span><\/p>\n

Esta conferencia estuvo enfocada en los \u00abEcosistemas de Investigaci\u00f3n, Desarrollo e Innovaci\u00f3n para un liderazgo Industrial y Futuro Sustentable\u00bb y logr\u00f3 unir a m\u00e1s de 250 participantes de la Uni\u00f3n Europea, miembros de EARTO y representantes de otros pa\u00edses. Las ponencias estuvieron orientadas en el crecimiento sostenible, la responsabilidad clim\u00e1tica, la competitividad, las infraestructuras tecnol\u00f3gicas y la financiaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cNecesitamos estar decididamente orientados a largo plazo, con un fuerte enfoque en la colaboraci\u00f3n. Al juntar nuestros recursos clave, podemos hacer las cosas que realmente importan\u201d, rese\u00f1\u00f3 el presidente de EARTO Antti Vasara, presidente del VTT de Finlandia.
