El Club Social y Deportivo Flandria<\/strong> fue sede el pasado viernes 6 de marzo de un Torneo de Ajedrez R\u00e1pido<\/strong>, un evento que combin\u00f3 a jugadores de la regi\u00f3n con un fin solidario. La jornada, organizada por el Maestro Nacional (MN) Enrique Contessotto<\/strong>, tuvo como objetivo principal recaudar fondos para los jugadores de la zona que representar\u00e1n a la regi\u00f3n en el pr\u00f3ximo 67\u00ba Abierto por Equipos \u00abPlayas de Necochea\u00bb<\/strong>, a disputarse entre el 13 y el 15 de marzo.<\/p>\n

El certamen cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de 31 ajedrecistas<\/strong> provenientes de diversas localidades, incluyendo Luj\u00e1n, General Rodr\u00edguez, Mercedes, Pilar, Escobar y Exaltaci\u00f3n de la Cruz. La competencia se desarroll\u00f3 bajo el Sistema Suizo a 6 rondas<\/strong>, con un ritmo de juego de 12 minutos iniciales m\u00e1s un incremento de 3 segundos por cada movimiento realizado (12+3).<\/p>\n

Dominio mercedino
\n<\/strong>La delegaci\u00f3n de la ciudad de Mercedes tuvo una noche consagratoria al ocupar tres de los cinco primeros puestos de la clasificaci\u00f3n general. El joven Francisco Viola<\/strong> se adjudic\u00f3 el primer lugar de forma invicta, sumando 5 \u00bd puntos sobre los 6 posibles, demostrando una superioridad t\u00e1ctica durante toda el certamen.<\/p>\n

El podio fue completado por Gonzalo Salda\u00f1o<\/strong>, representante de Escobar, quien alcanz\u00f3 las 5 unidades, y por el mercedino Jorge Gioscio<\/strong>, que lider\u00f3 el pelot\u00f3n de los 4 \u00bd puntos para quedarse con el tercer puesto por sistema de desempate.<\/p>\n
