La resoluci\u00f3n anula el fallo 17\/2026 emitido por el tribunal local, el cual le hab\u00eda quitado los puntos de un encuentro disputado ante Carteros por la presunta inclusi\u00f3n indebida del jugador Mauro Sigona. Con esta decisi\u00f3n, la entidad del Consejo Federal restituy\u00f3 el resultado original del partido, un empate 1-1, y eximi\u00f3 de sanciones tanto al futbolista como a la instituci\u00f3n que apel\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>La disputa comenz\u00f3 el pasado 15 de junio de 2026, cuando Carteros protest\u00f3 el encuentro debido a la presencia de Sigona en cancha. El futbolista arrastraba una expulsi\u00f3n ocurrida en divisiones menores d\u00edas antes, donde se desempe\u00f1aba como t\u00e9cnico. Mientras que el tribunal local argument\u00f3 que un acuerdo informal entre clubes imped\u00eda redimir esa sanci\u00f3n con multas econ\u00f3micas, la dirigencia de Trocha, encabezada por su presidente Rub\u00e9n Ram\u00f3n Fedullo y su secretario Duilio Luis De Bernardi, acudi\u00f3 a la instancia nacional tras abonar un arancel de dos millones de pesos, con ello se dio la apelaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Para resolver el conflicto, el organismo del Consejo Federal se bas\u00f3 en dos argumentos claves. En primer lugar, constat\u00f3 que las autoridades ejecutivas de la Liga Mercedina hab\u00edan habilitado previamente al futbolista mediante comunicaciones oficiales y tras recibir el pago de la multa correspondiente. En segundo t\u00e9rmino, el Tribunal del Interior aplic\u00f3 un principio jur\u00eddico fundamental al determinar que un acta interna de delegados locales no puede contradecir una norma de rango superior, en este caso el Reglamento de Transgresiones y Penas.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, la resoluci\u00f3n de la entidad de la calle Viamonte dictamin\u00f3 la nulidad total de las penalizaciones previas. Esto no solo le devuelve el punto en la tabla a Trocha, sino que tambi\u00e9n deja sin efecto la suspensi\u00f3n que se le hab\u00eda impuesto a Mauro Sigona, cerrando as\u00ed un cap\u00edtulo de incertidumbre institucional y deportiva en el f\u00fatbol local. Con ello est\u00e1 todo dispuesto para que este s\u00e1bado se pueda jugar la \u00faltima fecha de la Zona B, la clasificaci\u00f3n al Reducido est\u00e1 en juego.<\/p>\n<p><strong>S\u00e1bado 18 de
