Su m\u00e1ximo responsable, Esteban Chal\u00e1, fue nombrado en Costa Rica como vicepresidente del Congreso Internacional de B\u00fasqueda, Rescate y Asistencia Humanitaria, siendo una instancia mundial de intercambio y asistencia mutua, donde se nuclean los m\u00e1s destacados especialistas de cada pa\u00eds participantes.<\/p>\n<p>Consultado sobre la fruct\u00edfera experiencia, Esteban Chal\u00e1 coment\u00f3: \u201cFuimos invitados a participar del II Congreso Internacional en b\u00fasqueda, rescate y asistencia humanitaria que se realiz\u00f3 en Costa Rica y tuvimos la posibilidad de participar invitados con financiaci\u00f3n de la organizaci\u00f3n del mencionado pa\u00eds donde viajamos desde nuestra Direcci\u00f3n junto a voluntarios, siendo una comitiva de 8 integrantes, y dentro de las tem\u00e1ticas que se desarrollaron en la Universidad de Santa Paula, pudimos exponer y trabajar, disertando, siendo finalmente nombrado vicepresidente internacional del equipo de trabajo, investigaci\u00f3n y generaci\u00f3n de acciones\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>El funcionario es responsable de una de las \u00e1reas que m\u00e1s se ha profesionalizado en la actual gesti\u00f3n del intendente Ustarroz.<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, se le pregunt\u00f3 c\u00f3mo tomaba ser nombrado en un cargo tan valioso dado que es un reconocimiento a tantos a\u00f1os de trabajo en materia de Protecci\u00f3n Civil, ante lo cual Chal\u00e1 sostuvo: \u201cCreo que es un poco a la trayectoria, a los a\u00f1os, al mantener los ideales, a la capacitaci\u00f3n continua.
