El ministro de Obras P\u00fablicas, Gabriel Katopodis, en una nota con la agencia Telam en la que habla sobre la generaci\u00f3n de puestos de trabajo, afirm\u00f3 que se retomar\u00e1n las obras paralizadas del Complejo Federal de Agote.<\/p>\n

Respecto a la discusi\u00f3n que durante las \u00faltimas semanas se abri\u00f3 sobre la falta de inversi\u00f3n para generar m\u00e1s complejos carcelarios que eviten la superpoblaci\u00f3n de detenidos, Katopodis advirti\u00f3 que \u00aben el 2014 se comenzaron a construir tres penales que en junio del a\u00f1o pasado quedaron paralizados y con una fuerte deuda\u00bb.<\/p>\n

\u00abLos penales de Luj\u00e1n de Cuyo, en Mendoza; de Coronda, en Santa Fe, y el de Mercedes, Buenos Aires, fueron licitados en 2014 en durante el Gobierno de Cristina (Kirchner)\u00bb, explic\u00f3 Katopodis.<\/p>\n

\u00abCon distinto nivel de avance durante cuatro a\u00f1os, en junio de 2019 se paralizaron las obras y se dej\u00f3 una fuerte deuda con las empresas que llevaban adelante la construcci\u00f3n\u00bb, enfatiz\u00f3.<\/p>\n

Pero aclar\u00f3 que \u00aben febrero saldamos las deudas y se retomaron las obras de los tres complejos penitenciarios, que son penales de grandes dimensiones que estar\u00e1n terminados aproximadamente en un a\u00f1o\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Gabriel Katopodis es un abogado y pol\u00edtico argentino que ocupa el cargo de Ministro de Obras P\u00fablicas de la Naci\u00f3n Argentina desde el 10 de diciembre de 2019.
