Por este motivo, el Municipio de Mercedes comenz\u00f3 a trabajar de forma inmediata teniendo como prioridad la asistencia y contenci\u00f3n de los vecinos.  <\/p>\n<p>La Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Social municipal, una de las \u00e1reas de mayor injerencia durante esta pandemia, consta de m\u00faltiples espacios que brindan ayuda a la sociedad. Uno de ellos es el Centro de Dia de Salud Mental y Consumo Problem\u00e1tico, que trabaja de forma articulada con el DIAT (Dispositivo Integral de Abordaje Territorial) y el CPA (Centro Provincial de Atenci\u00f3n).  <\/p>\n<p>Este importante mecanismo de articulaci\u00f3n intenta dar soluci\u00f3n a una problem\u00e1tica que subyace en nuestra sociedad y cuya finalidad es la contenci\u00f3n, integraci\u00f3n y comunicaci\u00f3n en tiempos de pandemia. Este dispositivo es llevado adelante por un equipo interdisciplinario que articula su asistencia con todas las acciones de salud a nivel local.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Julio Maldonado<\/strong>, coordinador de salud mental en la Regi\u00f3n X del Ministerio de Salud de la provincia, manifest\u00f3 que \u201cestamos brindando acompa\u00f1amiento a quien lo necesite a trav\u00e9s de diferentes l\u00edneas de apoyo\u201d y apunt\u00f3 que es \u201cpara aquellas personas que est\u00e1n pasando por una situaci\u00f3n de encierro debido a la cuarentena\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, Maldonado se\u00f1al\u00f3 que \u201ceste es un trabajo que estamos haciendo en conjunto con el \u00e1rea de salud, teniendo como principal objetivo el bienestar de los vecinos\u201d y agreg\u00f3 que \u201cla l\u00ednea de emergencia es abierta -m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de los dispositivos que manejan una especificidad- a todo tipo de consultas (encierro, fobias, miedo, conflicto de convivencia, etc)\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, el Coordinador subray\u00f3 que \u201cel rol de la Municipalidad de Mercedes tanto en el proceso como en la instrumentaci\u00f3n de cada una de estas acciones es fundamental\u201d, rescatando, adem\u00e1s, que durante los \u00faltimos 4 a\u00f1os la comuna fue important\u00edsima al momento de armar, contener y sostener todos los dispositivos de salud mental. <\/p>\n<p>El tel\u00e9fono de guardia es el 15582319 y el tel\u00e9fono fijo el 430355 (lunes a viernes de 10 a 14 horas).<\/p>\n<p>En Instagram @centrodedia @diatmercedes.<\/p>\n<p>En Facebook \u00abDiatMercedes\u00bb \u00f3 \u00abCentro de Dia de SM y CP\u00bb.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El impacto que produjo la llegada de la pandemia afect\u00f3 de manera imprevista muchas de las acciones habituales de la sociedad.
