\/><\/p>\n<p>El legislador del Frente de Todos, <strong>Carlos Selva<\/strong>, fue parte en la Honorable C\u00e1mara de Diputados de la Naci\u00f3n Argentina de la presentaci\u00f3n de la Ley Tahiel.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abLa Ley Tahiel es un primer paso de justicia para las v\u00edctimas y familiares de v\u00edctimas de accidentes causados por quienes transforman un veh\u00edculo en un arma\u00bb, consider\u00f3 Selva.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abLos homicidios de irresponsables al volante deben ser castigados con todo el rigor de la ley penal\u00bb, a\u00f1adi\u00f3 luego de presentar junto al Observatorio de V\u00edctimas, el Ministro de Transporte Mario Meoni y Sergio Massa esta ley que crea el \u00abhomicidio vial\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed es que presentaron un proyecto de ley del legislador Ramiro Gutierrez para crear la figura de \u00abhomicidio vial\u00bb en el que proponen agravar las penas en el caso de fallecimiento a causa de una corrida o picada de autos, con el objeto de que no puedan ser excarcelables.<\/p>\n<p>La presentaci\u00f3n se realiz\u00f3 durante una reuni\u00f3n que mantuvieron Massa y Meoni con legisladores y familiares de Tahiel Contreras, quien falleci\u00f3 a sus seis a\u00f1os v\u00edctima de una corrida de autos.<\/p>\n<p>Massa, por su parte, consider\u00f3 que \u00abel desprecio a la vida tiene que tener el mismo castigo en el C\u00f3digo Penal\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abEs muy importante que este Congreso se aboque a la fijaci\u00f3n de penas, para que los jueces no puedan escaparse por los vericuetos de la ley\u00bb, asegur\u00f3 y a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que espera que la de Tahiel \u00absea la \u00faltima muerte en vano y que nos demos, como sociedad y como Parlamento, una fijaci\u00f3n de nuevas normas de conducta para que los hechos no se reiteren\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>En la reuni\u00f3n estuvieron presentes el director ejecutivo de la Agencia Nacional de Seguridad Vial (ANSV), Pablo Carignano, y los diputados del Frente de Todos Carolina Gaillard Paula Penacca, Carlos Selva, Facundo Moyano &#8211;vicepresidente de la Comisi\u00f3n de Transporte&#8211;, Ramiro Guti\u00e9rrez y Nicol\u00e1s Rodr\u00edguez Sa\u00e1; representantes del Observatorio de V\u00edctimas del Delito y Siniestros Viales: Sandra Rossi (directora) y Viviam Perrone, entre otros.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qu\u00e9 dice el proyecto<\/strong><br \/>\nEl proyecto, cuya autor\u00eda corresponde al diputado Ramiro Guti\u00e9rrez y otros legisladores oficialistas, establece penas de 8 a 25 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n y detalla que el delincuente vial quedar\u00e1 preso desde el momento cero de la investigaci\u00f3n, como as\u00ed tambi\u00e9n le recaer\u00e1 la pena absoluta de inhabilitaci\u00f3n para conducir.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto tiene origen en la Agencia Nacional de Seguridad Vial, lleva el nombre de Tahiel Contreras, quien ten\u00eda seis a\u00f1os cuando el domingo 13 de septiembre falleci\u00f3 v\u00edctima de una picada en la localidad de Gregorio Laferrere, provincia de Buenos Aires.<\/p>\n<p>La madre del menor, Noelia D\u00edaz, pidi\u00f3 que el proyecto \u00abse haga ley\u00bb y reclam\u00f3
