Pueblo bonaerense, Guido Lorenzino, se present\u00f3 ante la Justicia Federal de Mercedes \u201cpara que se determinen las causas de la muerte de la elefanta Sharima en el Zoo Luj\u00e1n y se establezca la responsabilidad penal que le pudiera corresponder a las autoridades de ese establecimiento\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>En su presentaci\u00f3n, el Defensor pidi\u00f3 que se habilite la feria judicial para tratar este caso, \u201cal tener en cuenta la gravedad de la denuncia sobre los padecimientos que sufr\u00eda la elefanta\u201d y \u201cla resistencia por parte de los administradores de la Reserva para que se le diera asistencia veterinaria\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>La Defensor\u00eda pide que la Justicia ordene una necropsia al cuerpo de la elefanta y que cite como testigos especializados a representantes de la Fundaci\u00f3n Franz Weber y de Elephants Helpers Argentina.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>La Defensor\u00eda pide que la Justicia ordene una necropsia al cuerpo de la elefanta.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>\u201cNo darle tratamiento veterinario a los animales salvajes que se encuentran en cautiverio es un acto de crueldad, es una muestra de omnipotencia de la especie humana por sobre los animales que no resulta tolerable\u201d, sostuvo Lorenzino.<\/p>\n<p>La Defensor\u00eda inform\u00f3 que \u201cseg\u00fan trascendidos, la elefanta Sharima habr\u00eda ca\u00eddo en la fosa perimetral del sitio en que se encontraba en cautiverio\u201d y que \u201cdiversas organizaciones mostraron, seg\u00fan sugieren fotograf\u00edas y videos, los padecimientos m\u00faltiples
