Tal como anunci\u00f3 el intendente Juan Ustarroz se empez\u00f3 a concretar el proyecto de la Avenida de los Inmigrantes. Se realiz\u00f3 la licitaci\u00f3n de una obra que incluir\u00e1 intervenciones h\u00eddricas, pavimentaci\u00f3n, seguridad vial, forestaci\u00f3n y embellecimiento. Se realiza con el aporte de Vialidad Nacional.<\/p>\n
\u201cEstamos muy alegres por la obra, por la mejora que se dar\u00e1 al principal ingreso a la ciudad y al apoyo que continuamos recibiendo del gobierno nacional\u201d dijo Ustarroz y remarc\u00f3 que \u201cgracias a los ministros Katopodis y De Pedro, siempre apoyando a nuestro pueblo\u201d.<\/p>\n
El proceso de planificaci\u00f3n y ejecuci\u00f3n de obras por parte del Municipio de Mercedes ya marca un hecho hist\u00f3rico en la ciudad. La multiplicidad de trabajos se puede ver en todos los barrios ya que se est\u00e1n ejecutando actualmente 108 obras en nuestro distrito. No obstante ello, se dio a conocer la licitaci\u00f3n para el comienzo, en poco tiempo, de una obra integral que conlleva la pavimentaci\u00f3n, recambio de toda la infraestructura \u2013hidr\u00e1ulica y pluvial- y jerarquizaci\u00f3n de la Avenida de los Inmigrantes.<\/p>\n
\u00abTambi\u00e9n ganamos en seguridad vial, habr\u00e1 un bulevar central y no habr\u00e1 cruce de autos que circulen en diferentes sentidos\u00bb<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
El secretario de Obras P\u00fablicas, Emanuel P\u00e9rez Carrera, detall\u00f3: \u201cLa obra consiste en la pavimentaci\u00f3n y jerarquizaci\u00f3n del acceso a la ciudad de Mercedes de la Avenida de los Inmigrantes, entre la Av. 1 y la ruta 5\u201d, y a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que \u201cen este caso es un convenio que se ha realizado con Vialidad Nacional para estos trabajos, que no s\u00f3lo tienen que ver con la pavimentaci\u00f3n y ensanche de esta avenida, sino tambi\u00e9n, con una obra hidr\u00e1ulica, puesta en valor a trav\u00e9s de la parquizaci\u00f3n, veredas e hitos de acceso\u201d.<\/p>\n
\u201cEstamos muy contentos en esta apertura de sobres, donde este es el primer paso, para luego poder adjudicar el proyecto a una empresa para la ejecuci\u00f3n de la obra\u201d se\u00f1al\u00f3 P\u00e9rez Carrera.<\/p>\n
Tambi\u00e9n estuvo presente el ingeniero Lucas Navas, quien cont\u00f3: \u201cEsta es una obra totalmente nueva, integral, que comprende no solamente la repavimentaci\u00f3n, sino que se hace nueva esta avenida. Arranca directamente desde la base el trabajo, dando soluci\u00f3n, inclusive, a los niveles hidr\u00e1ulicos, como as\u00ed tambi\u00e9n, conductos pluviales\u201d y agreg\u00f3 que \u201cincluye recambio de infraestructura de todos los servicios que existen actualmente, por lo que no es una obra s\u00f3lo de pavimentaci\u00f3n, sino que es integral.
